In order to submit a contribution to ICPIG 2017, authors must complete the following steps.
1. Create your submission account
Create your account on the EasyChair website.
After creating your account you can access it and you will be able to complete the submission of your contribution(s).
2. Prepare your contribution(s)
Write your contribution according to the editing instructions reported on the template form: MS-word template.
Each contribution is limited to a maximum length of 1 full page (including figures and references).
After this, create a PDF file version of your contribution paper (typical maximum size of 2MB).
Please note that no editing or re-typing will be carried out by the conference organizers, hence accepted contributions will be reproduced without any reduction or modification. Non-conforming contributions may be desk-rejected without review.
3. Upload your contribution(s)
Login to the ICPIG 2017 EasyChair website.
The submit link will be active after login and you will be requested to fill in a submission form.
During submission, you must select the type of contribution between Poster / Oral / Invited (General, Topical or Special Session). You must also select the topic number relevant to the contribution.
Finally, you can upload your 1 page contribution in PDF format.
After submission you will receive a confirmation e-mail reporting the submission information. You will be able to display your submission information and to change it until the deadline for submission.
Abstracts of Invited Lectures (General, Topical and Special Session) should also be uploaded through the conference website.
The deadline for submissions is March 3, 2017.
Deadlines will be respected, hence early submission is encouraged.
