The Portuguese visa is processed in your country of residence prior to your departure. Many applicants may be required to appear in person for an interview as a part of the visa process. Conference participants are advised to apply for visa no later than 3 months prior to the conference.
Visa invitation letters will only be issued to:
1. Committee members
2. Speakers/Presenters/Exhibitors
3. Attendees who have paid their registration fees in full
4. People known to the Committees
Those registered participants that meet any of the above points, needing a visa to travel to Portugal, may wish to request a formal letter of invitation from the LOC. You can request the letter as soon as you register to the conference, by sending an e-mail to Anabela Gonçalves
