The hotel accommodation and the conference dinner can be reserved using the same form.
Note that the hotel accommodation, the conference lunches and the conference dinner are not included in the registration fee.

Once you register, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your registration details. Please take note of your password and code – both included in the confirmation email – as you may need them to edit your registration.
You can add services to your registration at any time. For instance, you can first register only to the conference, and then return at a later time to add accommodation, accompanying persons and/or to book the conference dinner.

Payments can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
In case you have some special requests regarding billing information, receipts or other, not foreseen in the registration form, please indicate them in the field “Observations” of the registration form.
